- Analysis: Data showed greatest delay in India, so project was scoped to address that market first. Major contributors determined to be customs delays (money not available to pay duties) and paperwork errors.
- Solution: Changed duty payment process and revised monitoring of performance at key steps.
Results/Successes:
Significant reduction in cycle time (average and variability). Able to leverage solutions to other Asia countries and reduce out-of-stock events.
