Fook Loy has led Pivotal Resources’ Asia operations since 2003, serving global and regional clients in China, Singapore, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. He is a strong team leader who links practical, front-line improvement efforts to larger-scale organization transformation and culture change.
Fook Loy spent 12 years at GE, holding positions in Operations, Human Resources and Six Sigma. He ran GE’s Corporate Leadership program across Asia, helping identify and mentor key talent for the region. His consulting work ranges from manufacturing to health care to finance and more—integrating analytical, team development and change management expertise. He holds a Business Administration degree from The Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and serves as an Adjunct Lecturer with Nanyang Technological University. He’s a Master Black Belt, certified in High Performance Work Organization and an Accredited Design Thinking Practitioner, among other certifications.

As Business Process Innovation Consultant to Nanyang Technological University in training and coaching project teams in the application of Lean Six Sigma methodology in its processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
Supports the Central Provident Funds Board (CPFB) in launching its Lean Six Sigma Initiative and serving since 2018 as its trainer and project coach.

Fook Loy is an avid soccer player and is still actively playing in the veteran league.
