An engaging and highly-skilled change consultant and trainer, Chris has helped dozens of leaders and teams deliver performance improvements, while building skills in change management, statistical analysis and practical problem solving.  He emphasizes working on the right priorities, keeping things simple and creating strong teamwork.

Prior to consulting, Chris served as a Process Engineer with Motorola, and later as Director of Continuous Improvement for Freescale Semiconductor.  He led process transformation, cost reduction, and productivity improvements.  His consulting work includes petrochemical, consumer products, engineering, manufacturing, IT, electronics, and automotive groups.  He earned a First Class Honors Degree in Applied Chemistry from University of Strathclyde, Glasgow.

Keynote Engagements

Motorola: Responsible for Lean Six Sigma deployment across multiple sites as well as leading a global Master Black Belt Team. Achieved significant improvement in customer satisfaction and business growth. Supported program development, training analysis/delivery and extensive project coaching.

Givaudan: Responsible for developing and delivering global Green and Black Belt capability-building requirements. Worked with executives through front-line teams on project selection, training and coaching in change management and continuous improvement; with significant service and efficiency improvements.

Coca-Cola Enterprises: Supported European teams in developing advanced skills in Influencing and Communications as well how to lead successful continuous improvement projects.

Fun Fact

A native of Glasgow, Scotland, Chris loves watching and experiencing live a number of sports including soccer, golf and unusually for a Scot, NFL. He also enjoys music and theatre.
