Cheralynn is responsible for Pivotal’s day-to-day operations in the U.S. and abroad.  With 20 years’ experience planning and leading organizational change engagements, she excels in working with leadership teams to plan and coordinate improvement efforts across organizations.  Cheralynn also engages teams at all levels to solve business problems, targeting short-term results and long-term change capability.

Cheralynn began her career in the software industry, providing marketing, training and design for a firm specializing in document management applications.  She joined Pivotal in 2000 and has held a variety of management and consulting roles.  Cheralynn holds Black Belt and Prosci™ certifications and studied Marketing at San Jose State University.  Her client engagements include adidas, Cisco Systems, BP, Target, and the Oregon Department of Transportation.

Project Highlights

Oregon Department of Transportation: Led Pivotal’s team supporting development of the agency’s first Strategic Business Plan.  Worked with the Director and senior leadership to establish priorities, goals and measures of success—as well as supporting extended plan implementation.

Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife: Provided consulting and facilitation to select and implement a new Electronic Licensing System for hunting and fishing licenses.  In the first three months after launch of the new system, on-line license sales jumped from 6.5 to over 40 percent.

Alberta Health Services: Facilitated development and deployment of an enterprise-wide continuous improvement framework for this 100,000-person healthcare agency serving all provinces of Alberta, Canada.

Cheralynn’s many activities include traveling, yoga and cooking up tasty new dishes for her family.
